These certifications recognize an exceptional level of expertise as accredited by IDEA and administered by industry leaders of the AFA.

We also employ a dedicated service technician for gate operator repairs both on our own installed systems, as well as gate operator systems installed by others!

Gate Operator Service

Gate Operators require regular maintenance and like all mechanical devices are subject to various issues over time. Everything from blown fuses to repairs after being struck. We send our gate operator technician out and diagnose any issues you may be having. Once the diagnosis is made, non-stocked parts are ordered and then our technician will return to finish up the gate repairs.

Gate Operator Preventative Maintenance Program

We also offer a preventative maintenance program that can help prolong the life of your gate operator!

The service agreement includes inspections and service to your operator at regular interavals to test the operation of your automatic gate operator, adjust chains, sprockets, switches belts, fluid levels, photo beams, safety edges, pavement loops, gate rollers, and more to ensure your gate is operating safely and efficiently. We will supply all necessary lubricants and 9v batteries at no charge.

Each preventative maintenance comes with a report detailing the inspection, results and any suggested course of action is needed.

UL325 Safety Standards

For your safety, as well as ours, we cannot work on any gate operator that is out of compliance with the UL325 safety standards. Many of the updated standards went into effect in 2016 & 2018. If your gate is not in compliance, our team can give you a list and pricing of what is needed to get your system into the current safety standards. Once we have your system up to speed, we can continue with any additional work needed or future service calls without delay. Compliance with UL325 ensures that your system is safe to operate for you, your business and anyone who may come into contact with your automated gate!
